The Invisalign system uses a series of clear, removable plastic trays (aligners) that fit over the teeth. The aligners are custom made following a computer-generated plan, to slowly exert pressure on your teeth, to move them to a new position.
Aligners are changed approximately every two weeks to move teeth into the desired position. You will check in with us regularly to make sure things are going to plan. And to get your next few aligners.
If you are worried about your teeth being discoloured, the good news is you can whiten your teeth while you straighten them, using the aligners as home whitening trays.
