Checkup and Cleans
We pride ourselves on delivering attentive, gentle dental cleans. The average checkup takes about 40 minutes and includes the following:
- An examination
- Clean and polish your teeth
- Oral cancer screening
- Gum health assessment
- X-rays
- Oral hygiene and dietary guidance
During your visit, we’ll regularly check in with you to make sure that you’re comfortable. Although we’re quite professional and detail-oriented, we also enjoy a friendly, upbeat atmosphere. Our calm – and sometimes humorous – team is committed to ensuring a pleasant experience for each of our guests.
Why Do I Need X-rays?
Diagnostic X-rays make it possible to assess scenarios that aren’t visible during an exam. These include impacted wisdom teeth, orthodontic needs, bone loss and cavities between teeth. Different types of X-rays are taken at various intervals to assess certain areas of your smile.
Gum Disease Screening and Prevention
Periodontal infections are the most common cause of tooth loss in adults. Fortunately, it’s also preventable with good oral hygiene and routine checkups. We will carefully measure the gum attachment and bone levels around each tooth to identify signs of gum disease in their earliest stages.
New Patient Special
We are currently offering a $149 Checkup and Clean Special for new adult patients without private health insurance. X-rays are included. For children, the special is just $99.
For our patients with insurance, enjoy little to no gap during your preventative care appointment. And as always, flexible payment plans are available should you need treatment.
